Returns are accepted only if

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
  • A product is missing from the order

A product is missing from the order

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Email care@mychumz.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Attach your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief explanation
  • Our support team will review your case and respond within 2 business days

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For COD orders, we may offer credit or request your bank details for refund

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
